Inspection Lamp Transformer Units
These transformers are intended for use in areas where health and safety is of particular concern, and where the use of mains voltage is not permissible.
The transformer is a double wound safety isolating type, housed in a ventillated metal case. The input is made for the standard UK supply voltage of 230 Volts. The secondary output is 25 Volts, with a rating of 100 watts.
All of our Inspection Lamp Transformer Units:
- Comply with safety requirements to BS 3535.
- Are double wound with an earth screen between windings.
- Have 25V secondaries.
- Feature a standard gripper.
- Supplied with 5m of cable.
- Are rated at 100VA.
Supplied with a 2 metre three core cable, and fitted with a 25 Volt socket to BS3535.
The units have been designed with the end user in mind, to give a light weight and ultra safe electrical light. For extra safety, the transformer is fitted with an input fuse.

These low voltage transformers are for use with the standard gripper inspection light and have an output of 25 volts and are rated @ 100 watts. The case is manufactured from a tough moulded yellow fibre-glass compound. All insulated splashproof case. Fast acting reset MCB on primary.

This portable gripper inspection lamp made of a tough composite construction is for use with our low voltage transformer with an output of 25 volts and rated @ 100 watts. The gripper lamp conforms to BS4533, is double insulated and protected to IP54 and is supplied with a supplied with standard bayonet cap (BC) holder.
