Enclosed Electrical Transformer Electrical transformers of this type are housed in a metal case where a fixed installation is required. The enclosure is ventilated and is suitable for inside use. These cases can be either wall or floor mounted.

Two 20mm holes are provided for direct wiring.

Sockets and protective devices can be fitted if specified.

As with our panel electrical transformers, we stock popular ratings and voltages.

All of our enclosed indoor electrical transformers:

Comply with safety requirements to BS 3535.
Gray hammer finish to IP22 rating.

Enclosed Indoor Electrical Transformer Specifications

Windings: High temperature copper windings to BS/EN60317 are fully varnish impregnated.

Laminations: High grade electrical steel type M6.

Connections: To Klippon terminal blocks or nut and stud connections.

Case: Gray hammer finish to IP22.
